Shrimp Salad With Pita
This shrimp salad is a mix of fresh vegetables, tender shrimp, dill and flavours, all covered in a smooth cream cheese dressing.

Ingredients:
150 g (1 pack) Tre Stelle® Herbs & Spices Cream Cheese 200 g shrimps (either fresh or thaw) 75 g chopped celery 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon salt Freshly ground pepper 4 whole wheat pita bread
Instructions:
Let the shrimps drain well and chop them in big pieces. Stir cream cheese with shrimps, celery, dill, lemon, salt and pepper. Season to taste. Warm pita bread (fx in a toaster) and split them. Place the shrimp salad in a small bowl. Our Tips: The shrimp salad can also be filled in the pita bread and used in a lunchbox. The shrimp salad can also be served on croutons and used as a starter.
